Refinement. X2 enchanted coffer vs artifact paraphenalia

Recently I made a thread asking for advice what leadsership tasks are better for refinement when done once a day. It was generally agreed resonance and thaumaturgic bags are the way to go but then I saw confling opinions regarding x2 enchanted coffer and artifact paraphenalia.
Has any of you compared the rp given by those 2 items and if so, which one is better for max rp? I'm on console and am trying to stat getting ready for mod 12b, I want to be doing the right leadership tasks before it drops.
