Chultan Warrior Companion Totems Limit

I've encountered a bug concerning the 10% extra Forgotten Totems that the Chultan Warrior companion awards as an Active Bonus. Once I pass the base 100 Forgotten Totems Weekly Haul the game repeatedly tells me that I've reached my limit in red warning text (despite my limit having been raised to 175) and while I'm still able to receive more from missions the extra 10% from the companion stops until the Weekly Haul resets for the next week. My assumption is that the two bugs (the erroneous limit warning and the faulty Active Bonus) are linked. Is this a known issue?

    The weekly extra totems coming from the companion are capped at 25. You have this warning text when the companion can't grant you anymore totem for the week, it's not related to your global weekly cap of 175. However, this texts is showing every time you open the quest journal if you have the pet as active once you reach that limit, pretty annoying and can bring confusion in mind.
