CW teleport and #2 daily power not working.

My CW is unable to use teleport by double clicking the up button. It works if I use shift+up. Today, my #2 daily power will not work. I push the button; but nothing happens. I sent in two bug reports; but when I go to check on the tickets, nothing's there. Anyone else have this problem?

    You changed your keyboard binding. Try reset to default and then re-program your key bind again.
