Is the cooldown for the debuff limited to the enchantment or is the cooldown per an enemy? Also sry this is my 1st time posting my own discussion if i messed up the format

    As far as I know the debuff has 100% uptime and the cooldown is only for the control effect. And that should be per enemy.
    Though I need confirmation for that.

    Oh i just assumed that the cooldown was for the debuff, ty for the info
