You may not log in from this IP address

when i try to login it shows this message instead of connecting to game server "You may not log in from this IP address." i logged in fine just yesterday and now i can't log in at all... also tried a different account and it shows the same message so it isn't a ban.. what should i do i wanna get my favor of sune and sahha ball for today

If you have a dynamic IP, reset your router few times until it changes.

You can check here what is it: https://www.whatismyip.com/

If you have a static IP, you probably should contact support to check why the IP is banned.

In both cases you can also contact your ISP and ask to change the IP.

it worked i restarted my router first time was the same but after second time it worked and now i can login thank you very much

If you did not reset your IP address since yesterday (before you successfully change it 20 minutes ago), that means your IP was flagged for a reason. It may not be flagged by Neverwinter directly but by some other monitoring service. May be you should investigate if there is any problem with your systems such as being used as a bot (not by you and not against Neverwinter but by somebody else). In other words, check if your systems (not just the one you are using) in your network is compromised. If you have a wifi router, check if somebody else (not authorized) is using it.

If that is the case, your new IP address will be flagged again eventually.
