No vote button to kick inactive people from Illusionist Gambit

I would like to report that MANY times, I have seen people (bots?) farming this skirmish and doing nothing at all during the skirmish.
After doing a couple of hits at the beginning of the fight (I suppose they are obliged to do so to get the reward), they just stand and wait until the end. No message in the chat make them change their behaviour.
And the worst thing is that we cannot kick them because there is no vote button.
This kind of people obviously does not deserve to get any reward .
So please I would prefer to have a kick button (even if nobody replaces these useless people) rather than keeping these parasits.
