Companion Upgrade Tokens: Can we finally have them bind to account?!

Come on people, this has been annoying for far to long now, make them have the same system as the Trade Bars do and have their own area where you can deposit them in the account bank. I have a whole mess of them scattered throughout my characters and can't use them on the characters that really do need it!
