Recipe book for Mastercrafting professions?

Has anyone started putting together a recipe book of all the new resources and craftable gear? I've just finished opening all the new recipes (thanks to help from my awesome guildies in Fair Dinkum and allies from the Greycloaks) and would love some assistance/to help create such a resource.
