Superior Flask of Potency? - answered

I have 2 characters with Mastercrafting Alchemy, one fully opened and complete. Neither of them have the recipe for Superior Flask of Potency at all or the Superior Flask of Protection. I have done the missing recipes quest, and have all recipes showing, whether I have the components or not. I can't make the potions for my second character. Is anyone else having the same issue?
One of my guildies has had this problem before but can see them at the moment.

Once you reach level 25 alchemy you still have to do experiments to get these recipes as well as the recipes for elemental aggregate and unified elements. Do the level 25 experimentation until you get the recipes you want.

I have definitely done that on my first character, but will do so on my second. thanks for your very quick reply
