Legendary dragon keys transfer failure

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Recently i have tried on numerous occasions to transfer my legendary dragon keys via mail and by transfer and both attempts have failed. It wouldnt allow me to move the keys let alone highlight the keys or mail them. Please fix this problem immediately as i cannot use my keys on the current toon.

    Did you try using the shared bank tab?
