when or how can I start trading stuff with other players?

hi everyone, I could not find the answer to this question on the web so I leave it here, my girlfriend and I started playing, we are both lvl 23 now and still get a message about advancing further in order to trade stuff ingame, pls help

I think that goes with the right to use the chat channels?

You need to complete some of the lower level quests in game.

Basically start at the bottom of the campaigns page and work upward.

It is part and parcel of using chat. You have to finish a number of quest chains to unlock your account.
