More alt friendly trovel

So i have a bunch of toons that i play when i feel like changing and i love the account bound rings but i can't understand for the life of me the epic trovel bound to character....Is it because it's a zen store purchase ? So do it like the mount and make it free for the alts (or propose a more expensive account bound one) For this price only my main is doing the storm king farm

This was certainly brought up back in August! Eventually you either have to buy on each char or just accept lower farming rates. Archaeologists Trowel and Excavator potion will work and SoMI bottles are good sources. Each one at least seems to yield multiple green relics with some giving blue and purples. We also have the 50% buff since mod 11.

Still not optimal, but sadly the devs went with relic farming over more Adventury methods. It does mean that unlike HE farming, relics are easier to acquire if no one else is around.

I would buy an account bound trowel, or at least seriously consider it.

I want to know what the thinking is behind voninblood and relics. Was there a dev meeting where they were like:

"You know what players will love in an MMO? Riding their mount solo around high level areas for 1/2 hour every couple of days trying not to fight enemies and pick up stuff off the ground to make the gear they ground for months back to normal state. It will be even more fun with a couple more people in the zone doing the same thing fighting over the same resource and they can't change zones for 2 minutes so they're stuck."
