River District Boons: Aura of Despair, Aura of Hope Working?

On the production server I made enough progress to select a boon in the Gyrion path. I copied my character over to preview and selected the Aura of Despair boon. I turned on ACT to try and determine how the boon affected gameplay and I could not find any evidence of the boon in the logs after 30 minutes of gameplay. I did a search across the entire log for the word "despair" and did not find anything. I'm wondering if anyone has seen evidence of this boon working? Perhaps the boon is not working in preview but functioning on live?

Any data on how to identify these boons in the logs or how the boons work is appreciated.

    I got the boon yesterday. It works just like the description says and has a decent proc rate. A small, bubbly cloud forms over the heads of surrounding enemies, rendering them immobile for 4 seconds.

    I really can't tell in the river district on mobs. My CW already perma controls em to death.

    I just got this unlocked over the weekend. Is it like the TR's? This kind of purply swirling icon over their heads?

    how do i get Neverwinter to work on my windows 10 pc it keeps saying Patching and that is all it is doing please help me so i can play the game

    I got Aura of Hope the other day I have no idea if it even works as I have NEVER seen it proc, unless it just a passive effect has anyone noticed anything from it? I have ran solo and group content and have noticed 0 effect

    I have the boon it works.. I have white sparkles over enemies heads when it activates.

    Anyone here test Aura of Hope? Does it work on you, or only allies? Does it actually work?

    Aura of Hope is a flat AP stat gain. When it is active, your AP gain stat increases (I think by 400...maybe 500). It increases allies in range by same amount. Duration was reported to be half of listed, but I did not test it.
