Can't enter dig site after leaving it with VIP travel post (?)

As in title: few days ago I left one of dig sites (Coneth) with VIP travel post to get back to the zone entry faster and since then I haven't been able to enter it ("it" being the dig site, not zone). At first I thought it might be some issue with one site blocking another if entered in wrong order, but earlier today I left another dig site (Tamper) with VIP travel post, and few hours later i tried to do another dig site run... and I was able only to get into 7 remaining dig sites, and in dig site Tamper and Coneth all I got was a message that I need to wait at least an hour before entering it again. Is it a known issue?

    Hey, thx for the tip, defiantone, will try to unlock my 2 bugged ones that way.
