Svardborg (normal) bugs out, too often

I've played Svardborg 13 times, I've managed to complete 6 times, of the 7 fails, one was a genuine loss 9, we did badly :-(
the other six have all glitched in one way or another. Jarl Storvald got stuck on steps twice. manticores didn't despawn after storm phase and then became immune, once. Jarl freezes in last battle, and wont die (hit counters show 0 damage) three times.
I'm a lower geared end game player (3.3k) so cant join in to the msva groups, sva groups are very rare, but I would like to advance my relic weapons before I hit 4k. Does anyone know of a way to unfreeze Jarl or move him off the steps?

Whenever the boss is frozen in place, aka allowing himself to be a punching bag a certain one of th players will need to rip and it'll fix the boss. ^.^
