[PC] Bought Zen... don't have it.

So I bought $10 worth of zen last night. I got it in my inventory and was able to purchase the stuff I wanted with it.
I bought another $10 worth of zen later in the night. It got stuck processing even though the funds were taken out of my bank account.
In frustration I decided to make sure I didn't accidentally buy Zen for the russian server (on international here) and I bought ANOTHER TEN DOLLARS WORTH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT.
So now I'm out 20 dollars and have no zen.
Any assistance? I emailed you guys about the first one as well.

Support will respond to your query within 3-5 business days at most with the exact problem.
My best guess from what you said is that the purchase was flagged to need authentication. This sometimes happens if it is your first purchase to prevent fraudulent charges and also happens if you have multiple charges in a small amount of time.
