How Owlbear Cub level 20 active bonus scale when upgrade it?

Hi guys, as HB SW I use a owbear.
I drop a Owlbear level 20 with 20% of active bonus. Max level Owlbear have 50% active bonus.
Level up my level 20, active bonus will scale accordingly?
e.g. level 20 -> 20%, level 30 -> 30% -> etc?

Ok, I agree with that. But from 20 to max level there is no scale of active bonus, so go from 20% (level 20 to 30) and 50% at purple (I presume from level 35...)?

Active bonuses on pets are only increased with quality upgrade, not their level, afaik.

I check (simply checking on companion in game... my bad).
At level 30 the active bonus goes to 30%
