PSA: Kessels/Shores chest stealing Legendary Dragon keys even if you have Mystic/Kessel's Keys

Title says it all, opening a Kessel's or Shores chest will consume a Legendary Dragon key even if you have a Mystic Dragon or Kessel's key. Pretty freaking horrifying, to be honest. Who the HAMSTER is testing these changes?
