Arc Points - Come on guys!

My Arc points have been broken for about a year now, I've flagged this more than once as well but nothing has happened? My points are stuck on 9915 but I've completed every reward available but my points are not updating.
I've tried deleting Arc and re-installing, I've tried re-sync option, nothing works. I want my rewards (horse, companions etc) and It's a bit frustrating that the Arc team are not resolving this issue, It's been broken for over a year which is plenty of time to come up with a fix,
It seems a bit like because it's not affecting your bank account/game play experience your not interested.. Makes me wonder how quick something would get fixed if it was a player owing Arc something? Bet that wouldn't take a year.
