We can't withdrawal strongbox keys from guild bank. What's going on.

    Same here. Cant withdraw my Strongbox keys from the guild bank. There goes DF donations until you find a fix. :(

    edit.. Also unable to split the Strongbox keys into groups to trade or give out to guild members. This needs a quick fix for guilds who hand out free keys for donations.

    The Strongbox Keys can't be deposited or withdrawn from personal bank and guild bank!!! Also, cannot be split to hand out. Have a stack of keys in the bank that are currently useless!!! Fix fast please...

    Should have been caught in the Testing... ohhh wait...

    Having same problem. Can't pull keys out of bank. Or split them unless using the auction house. Have over 90 keys in my guilds bank I can no longer hand out to members. This needs to be fixed

    Make sure you go to the Bug Reports section and post these issues. The more people who log the issue, the more likely it is to be fixed (typically in software).

    I also cant take strongbox keys from the guild bank. Have a stack that wont move. Have sent issue to customer service who refuses to assist in any way.

    I was able to split my strongbox keys on xbox, the trick for me was to split and then drop them on top of something else in the useful items inventory, I dropped my on the second to last item listed and it worked. It would not let me split them twice but once is better than none...

    I too have the problem of not being able to remove steongbox keys from the guild bank. I can't remove all of them, can't remove some of them. 40 keys are just stuck there :/

    I'm experiencing the same issue, keys sitting in guild bank and unable to split.

    We have 68 keys in our guild bank. When are they going to fix this. In the mean time. I am listing new strongbox keys in the trade house at a high price. Then when I need to pass out a key I cancel item and give key to guild member. IT'S A PAIN.

    I talked to support, they told me to file a ticket, the support person also filed a ticket. the response from the ticket was to come here and post it as an "unreported gameplay bug" because the issue "cannot be immediately resolved by a game master".
