SERIOUSLY??? Arc games wtf!!!

HOW. Seriously how? With all the money and monthly income and support you guys get ( myself included) HOW CAN YOU NOT MATCH SOLO PLAYERS WITH OTHER SOLO PLAYERS.... it's not hard to have matching parameters and searches groupee together when they queue!!! Yore neglect on the issue is a blatant slap in the millions of users faces. Do you simply not even care about the supporters or your game? That's completely rhetorical. I can't even be upset because we all expect it from your company. Just fix the pvp issue so people actually care to play and pvp and it's fair... seriously just group similiar gear scores and the way people queue (solo/group) to match other users.. it's upsetting to no end and causes many players to just stop playing at all seriously. Please take the time to read this.. you're letting neglect ruin an otherwise really fun and rewarding aspect of your game. And people pay their hard earned mine to support a "free to play" game and it's more than massively successful... what's your excuse???

    It has to do with gear gap & queue times. The power creep as more mods & content has created a gear gap between long-term & p2w players and new/leveling players. This, alongside a low population of players created a situation where PvP queue time was stretched to 60 - 90 minutes. In order to get faster matched the matchmaking was tweaked so that if a team close to yours isn't found, it simply matches with any available team. Now premade vs. pug is the norm.

    They need to resolve it before pvp dies !! They need tenacity requirements and to match with similar parameters.. there's 2 million players on PlayStation 4....

    Item Level normalization. Finally the right path to fixing solo queue PVP
