Black Panther mount has no insignia power. Why?

The Black Panther mount can take insignia, you get the bonus from the insignia but it has no powers to choose. Need something on it like Artificers Buff, an On Crit power or something --- great mount very good looking just lackin in a reason to slot it.

Use it as a skin, rather than as a stable mount.

Was that designed before Mount Powers? Maybe it was skipped in the review, as it comes from a rare Pack.

Yeah it was probably an oversight. Don't expect a fix any time soon though.
