Unable to discard item

I received a Neverwinter champion's charger mount from a starlight parcels, bound to character, i cannot equip it since I already had one from the siege of neverwinter and I cannot discard it or sell it, it is just stuck in my inventory and i have no idea how to get rid of it and free up the inventory slot.

Hi there is another bug. If you get an character bound mount and you allready own it, than you can´t sell it for gold or use it or delete it. It uses up one storrage slot. Can this be fixed ?
Thats not so smart if you get a reward you cant use but it consumes a storrage slot.
Hopfully they will fix this soon.

If the mount is account bound, mail it to yourself and try to delete the mail. If it's character bound, I don't really have an answer but I will forward the issue.

cool thanks. But all the character bound items you get as a gift and you already have them out of a event counts like you get nothing becaus if you are luck you can sell them fir copper maybe 28 of copper you get. if you are not so lucky you get as a gift an occupied storrage slot. can you forwart this to. Thanks for all your support.

The mount in question is character bound. I received this mount yesterday on three of my characters and it was character bound each time even though two of the characters did not already have the mount. No big deal on those two since I just added it to my stable, but the third character already had the mount from the siege event and like everyone else above it is stuck in my inventory taking up a space.

There are merchants in PE and Twilight, shouldn't we be able to sell, or better yet trade for needed items our duplicate or unusable Simril drops to any of these merchants?

Why are some bound to character items so hard to get rid of?
