Make your game more alt friendly, it's actually worse now than ever. The more people play, the more likely they are to invest in the game, the more alts they have, the more they play. Make it easier to get campaigns completed and to grind additional legendary weapons.
Get Sword Coast Adventures back, you don't need to bring all of Gateway back online, but surely you could bring some of it back.
Get us Dual spec. Many people stay away from PvP because they don't want to deal with it in the wrong spec. Same goes for those that want to be pure healers or pure tanks, they are basically punished by their spec every time they do dailies. Also, this is in the same line as making game more alt friendly, the more spec one has, the more one play and invest in the character (different enchants, artifacts etc).
Your RNG stinks. Literally had to complete hundreds of Heroic encounters to get my raid boots. Sure this is a bit of whining, but it's also annoying as hell when others can move along and start with the real game content, while one is still farming away just to get those boots.
Make all of these armors/weapons you grind Bound to Account. Again, make it alt friendly.
Stop your Credit Card only sales. Bottom line is this: You want people to buy your products, and no matter how people get their Zen, someone HAD to have bought it. Why do you care if we use AD to exchange for Zen to use on promotions? Clearly, someone bought that Zen to get some AD, either way, $ WAS spend.
As stated above, the game has become so hostile towards alts, I know of many players that have quit playing alts or severely limited time spend or amount of alt used. Personally I have all character classes at max level, but the eternal grind on some of the campaigns (especially Tyranny of Dragons) and the crazy amount of farming needed to gear up, made it so I now only play my main character, period. I still use my alts, for crafting and praying, but that's it. I use zero investment in gear, companions, enchantments etc.
Why are all the Treasures you fish out of the Winter Festival bound to character? Start thinking, bound pretty much everything to account. this could have helped me on alts, instead it's another failed opportunity for you to include all of peoples characters. Seriosuly do not get this thining, it's like you don't want to make money.

I agree on many things here. Bound to character should only be for event items, like artifact from siege of neverwinter, and reclaimable items. Bound to account should only apply to items from for example seal trader, RP items from invoke boxes/draconic hoard enchants etc. Everything a player can loot, draw out of a chest, get from heroics etc, should be unbound. "Do fifty HE's in BS only to get the wrong boots? No problem, at least I can sell them for whatever the market value happend to be, or trade for the ones I want." This is what people should be able to think.
Dual spec. Yes. Have anyone in cryptic researched how many potential support characters there are on active accounts, who could do SoMI quest line, but chooses not to? I am willing to bet that there are a lot. Why would they? I sure as hell won't take my cleric, or OPH, through that HAMSTER. In fact, I don't !EVER! do anything alone on my paladin, except red wizard weekly, and only do minor stuff on DC, since it's righteous, and thus can actually clear easy content rather fast. Although, dual spec is not what OPH need to make me want to play that character actively again, so for the case of remaining on topic, just ignore that I even mentioned it.

I have been posting the dual spec option and why in forum posts already dating back more then a year I think they are working on it the it was mentioned in a stream somewhere...
recently added this to a pvp poll as well
NO DUAL SPEC is the problem there should be a default pvp loadout (detail can vary as to what default is) so any alts or mains can come to pvp be tenacified and not sabotage matches and not complain about swapping gear or gear takes up too much space etc or compain about repect tokens etc and not complain while doing pve they cant be in Q for pvp that way gear can also be locked as well (pvp mode) to establish a base line item level to Elco / or a semblance of match making that can work better . also player not familiar with pvp builds can be given a default pvp build arrays one as well (possibly even powers locked in too )

They took SCA down because people were botting it. They need to bring back companion gear but it should be tied to completing dungeons or trials.

It is very likely they took SCA away because they needed the servers for their PS4 version of the game. It is also highly unlikely people were botting the Sword Coast Adventure itself, far more likely they were botting crating. Now they are just botting crafting ingame, so now the stress on servers are actually worse.

Well that's impressive, got to be some way for them to prevent that though.

That would take a lot of work and constant updates due to it being in a browser. I don't think they would devote that many resources to it. I agree that it was fun and I miss the game (and the loot) but I don't see them bringing it back.

I miss sca... it was one way I would introduce people to the game via my mobile phone while out and about.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!
campaign tokens should be account-wide unlock, and a requirement is to purchase is to complete it on one character. another suggestions is to make boons account-wide unlock. Make enchantments much cheaper to make/obtain and make transmutes much more expensive to balance the game for new-comers(this will also combat gold farms and bots)
