50k Power

Hello everyone,

I was wondering what is the maximum power a player could get. Why? because I met a player, a gwf 4.2k gs, who has 50k power. In PE, no buffs, no pots, no auras etc. Basic stat. At first I thought "wow what a beast!", but then when I checked his/her gear I got confused. It was impossible.

I took my calculator and i got a total of 41296, I considered (in addition to gear):

8k boon from sh
all power boons from campaigns
black ice war horse equip power
25% of arm pen+rec and 20% of def from gwf talents
13*160 from twisted set

and the above stuffs are only supposed.

Still can't get to 50k power, so how is this possible?

true for insignia, 3k more maximum if all epic domincance

It is not really difficult to achieve 50k power, the thing is the amount of crit % that you are giving up for that. I'm close to 44k and I'm not even using the BIW or stacking radiants in the offensive slots, keeping 100% crit is much more important. 50k power standing still doesn't mean anything because he might be buffing up his crit chance using bonding runestones but a lower power overall compared to someone who's buffing power instead.

i thought that too laz, but still s/he has14k crit (up to 26k in fight, no crit rings tho)

Are you sure there were no auras in play from nearby toons? OP aura gifts and DC weps of light (or even the accidental AA triggered by laggy conversation options) are passive and can be major swings (and they are passed through legendary companion active even when out of combat). In combat they are amplified by bondings too.

The legendary active can give a fair bit of passive power if the companion is stacked with adorable bites and radiants.

The other unlikely thought is that there are some situations where combat in PE is possible... like pinatas for instance... where perhaps they could trigger bondings / insignia bonuses that didn't fall off right away.

We also can't discount visual bugs lol...

Rings doulbe offense?? For player or companion? If player, where do those come from?

Your companion must be attacking something in order to proc protector's friendship/camaderie which would also lead to proc the bonding runestones and the power would be higher than 50k.

That means that he can achieve 100% crit chance, but as I have mentioned, going for crit buff using the bonding runestones leads to a lower amount of power compared to someone who's getting a power buff instead. You noticed that he had 26k crit during combat, what about the power stat? Of course, this one is difficult to see due to the bonuses granted by every class.

Let's put it in this way, It is better to show 40k power in the character's sheet and get the buffs up to 80k power since you don't need more crit than showing 50k and buffing up to 70k or even less because you have to stack much more crit.

Don't forget Steely Defense will also increase his power by 20% of his defence.

Campfire bonus in PE? Also GWF's have 2 feats that give them a % of their defence, recovery, maybe more = power.

lv 20 sh power boon, 4k power mount, all radiant rank 12 enchantment, defense boon with assassin's convenant should be able to achieve 50k power

My character Hladgerd Lothbrok has a pig companion with over 3000 power. I have seen plenty of builds on characters, I would like to see more builds on companions. But back on topic, one of my companions wears the underdark ring that gives you +4000 power but that is only a temporary stat. I seldom concern myself with my own stats, I sure don't have time to look at other players stats.

If you are a BIG stat seeking hound, you can always turn on the combat log recorder in chat and run the parser. But try to just have fun instead of worrying about the math.
