Stronghold Bank - Members CAN NOT Deposit

My IGN is SF Green Beret (I am the guild leader), and our guild is "Big Boy Pants On"

We currently have 60-70 members who cannot deposit into the bank.

In neverwinter I have a great number of members who are unable to deposit into the guild bank. Its affecting the guild as members have told me they left because they think the guild is BROKEN! I have attacked 3 screen shots of a members rank, the members guild bank permissions, and the member trying to deposit and cant.

I have been pursuing this issue for about 6 weeks now through tickets and getting the proof of screen shots. The ticket support said it was a bug so I needed to post this here.

As I stated this is a HUGE deal as about 40-50% of my members are unable to deposit into 3 of 4 guild repositories that are all available to ALL members Rank 1-7 to deposit into them.

This is a major bug and affects the guild MAJORLY!!!

I second that, we have the same issue (or similar) however we find that it changes from day to day, sometime we can deposit and sometimes we can not. We have had this issue for months, we end up having people email stuff to others for deposit. I wish they could find and fix it.

Hey there...we had same issue, and resolved this by renaming the bank. Try a new name for the tab to see if that fixes it. I've seen some super strange mechanics with naming gb tabs. Once the tab name in Legacy's bank crossed over to my mule guild bank tab...I have no idea how or why this happened...

What I have noticed is if a member reaches thier withdrawl limit they can no longer deposit into that tab. That and the whole remaning a tab thing, I tell them just deposit where ever you can and well organize it when we can and if you need anything just speak up well get it. Its neverwinter its glitchy.
