Prophecy of Doom on Divine Clerics does not reset the cool down upon killing a target within the 8second window. Please fix this. I see many reports of this dating back quite some time.

    The sad part is that it was working at one point before but then a new mod/patch came out and broke it.

    Ugh!!!!!! I came here trying to figure out what im doing wrong with this skill, but im probably not the one at fault here...FYI im a little new to the game/class so i completely understand if im doing something wrong...

    So heres my experience with this royally effed up skill: It always blows a cooldown, it sometimes does damage (whaaaaa), but it never resets the cooldown nor does it do the DOT effect indicated in its tooltip.

    Maybe if the sometimes "does damage part" did a buttload of damage it would be ok, but its so low its barely noticable though this really isnt a DPS class...i get that and im not going for it i just would like to not have wasted skills on something that doesnt work for leveling...I wouldnt mind a free respec lol Thats probably not going to happen so im not holding my breathe.
