Control Wizard Targeting Bug

I believe it started when I put a fourth point in Maelstrom of Chaos. Now my control wizard cannot target that power or use Bruenor's helm. I don't get a targeting graphic to show on my screen, however, if I hit ALT - it suddenly appears, but obviously I'm unable to cast/use the powers in that mode. Bruenor's helm and other area targeting spells work fine on all of my other characters. This only affects my CW.

Have you tried to slot another daily? Reslot MoC?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've changed powers and armor. It only affects my CW and the last change I remember doing before noticing it was putting MoC to 4th rank. I was hoping to add another PP and seeing what happened, but I got a bunch of rank 5 enchantments (useless) and no PP.

OK, tried in preview. Everything is ok. Press once to target area (yellow circle) appear, press again to cast daily in that place. I don't have Bruenors Helm on this toon so can't try it.

So you don't see that yellow circle or you can't even cast the daily?

Exactly. No yellow circle and can't cast either the power or use the helm. Oddly enough, if I press ALT after trying to cast, I can see the circle, but it goes away when I go back to the game.

Found the fix here. http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter/#/discussion/1225337/devoted-cleric-encounters-not-casting. Resetting keybinds to default should fix it.
