The Cave quests in The Chasm. (plus Pirate Skyhold questions)

I was playing in the crystal cave section of the Chasm last night when the servers went down. When I logged back on today, I was outside the crystal cave section with no way back in. I still have quests in there to finish and suddenly I can't. What gives? How do I fix this? Also, 2 of the quests demanded for completing Pirate's Skyhold seem to be dead. Where did they go? If they're still around I need help finding them. Help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
