Lesser Soul Forged Enchant (ps4)

PS4 account, level 70 healadin, rank 7 lesser soul forged enchant does not seem to be ressing me when I die. It was fine before update, now it doesn't seem to be working and I don't see any armor effect either. I've unequipped and re-inserted the enchant a number of times and no change.
