new patch bug: Special quest aquire first mount

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
So im lvl 70 and have done this quest ages ago. but i now have a new quest in my special quests that says aquirefirst mount: when i click on it all it gives is the option goodbye. Your patch needs a patch. lol

    Yup, I have that on a few of my characters, and one has the quest to start elemental evil stuck on her
