Scrimshaw

I've been doing Open World PVP since at least Mod 6 and have maybe 10 scrimshaw to show for it. The drop has to be increased. Other than continuing to make kills and praying to the war gods, I haven't heard of any special method for acquiring these....

Given how little goes on in DV and IWP, perhaps they could simply be given on a per kill basis? All you can really get with them are some transmutes, anyway.

    I know right? I have killed hundreds in Icewind Dale and last I looked I only have 3 scrimshaw tokens.

    Wow. I haven't farmed it like that, but if you are correct then that's like one scrimshaw every 5 kills. I'll step up my game a little and see if the experience matches. Can you get scrimshaw during the matches themselves? I was under the impression you only got them during loose kills.
