PvP Queue needs to be fixed

While the solo and dou PvP events are attempts to avoid dealing with pre-built teams, there is still a major issue with the team match-ups. I've been getting matches in the dou pvp where one team has noting but 4k+ gear and no one on the other team has gear greater then 3.5k.
I'm not even going to try to touch PvP class balance, cause that is just a mess, but I can't imagine it would be too difficult in the solo and dou PvP to divide up the people in the queues so the total gear level of both teams are fairly close.
