PC characters

old player - just logged in on xbox one and i can't seem to find a way to retrieve my characters that i used to play in beta. can anyone help?

    PC, XBOX, and PS4 are separate platforms and each have their own servers. You cannot transfer anything from one to the other. They are, in such a regard, seperate games. What you buy for one platform is only available on that platform. The exception to this are any earned ARC points from the PC ARC Launcher or the XBOX ARC App, as the points earned from those are shared between the PC and XBOX. PS4 does not have ARC Points.

    Regardless, there were wipes of Alpha and Closed Beta characters on the PC before launch. When the game launched, you had to make new characters, except for those in Open Beta / Early Access which began (in its earliest) August 27th, 2013 for Founders and August 30th for Non-founders. For those playing from Aug 30th 2013 until release, there was no character wipe.
