Buying Zen question...

in General Discussion (PlayStation®4)
I am on the Arcgames site and I selected the "Charge" tab on top. Selected "Neverwinter" and it says I have to "complete all missions in the black lake district" before I can purchase. WTF? Am I doing something incorrectly?
