Feature Request - ability to change Stronghold instance

Title says it all.

Currently this capability doesn't exist, which makes getting to the right instance challenging at times when multiple instances are running (especially during DFs).

Look fw to bumps/feedback from players on this!

I agree, it's especially relevant with Alliances now. We often find the zone filling up quickly when running dragons now.

Did you even bother to read the post?

There's a huge difference between changing instance and changing zone. Going to another guild's SH is changing zone, whereas if we're running a DF we may have one or more instances of our SH running. . .

If you get DC'd while in a full SH instance you can get put into another instance. To attempt to get back in, you have to leave for another zone (enduring one load screen) and then attempt to load back in (enduring a second load screen). Rinse and repeat until you get lucky enough to get back in or the DF ends.

Compare that to using the "change instance" feature in other zones, where you just keep refreshing the change instance page until the instance you want is available, and then you load in

Exactly so. By the way, you can ask for someone in the right instance to group with you then zone in - it saves the trial, error & waiting.

What our guild does is have 3 empty gauntlets. When the wizard starts in our SH...we do what most adventurers do and kill 4 dragons. Keeping our assignment dragon...we go to G1, G2, and G3. Now instead of going back to our SH...we go back to G1 and repeat until tired. This is the best way currently to farm DF without the dreaded wizard timer.

To date...we have stomped 16 instances x 4 dragons in less than 60 minutes.
