PvE Mobs Mitigation

hello, does anyone know how much mitigation (ignored Resistance) has the Mobs in Ps4 today?
I've seen posts saying that goes from 0% to 24% .. currently mobs have this resistance?
Today I am with (+ -3700 ARPEN) -39% .. I wanted to know how much I need ARPEN% for PvE
But if it is 24%, I will reduce to 24%

60% for Tiamat I think, 50% for bosses something like that

For end-game content, you'll need 60%
