Hello,
There is a PS4 bug currently with this dungeon on normal where "The Hand of Maegera" is not spawning.
So far, though this may be coincidental, I've resorted to murdering my character by jumping in fire and this makes the boss appear. He instantly appears/cut scene after I revive.
