character slots scam?

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
well i bought the character slot item two time so that mean i get 4 character slots so i created the 4 character and when i created them i didnt like one so much so i deleted it when i was goin to make a new one my character slot where reduce to 6 and its not letting me create another character its telling me to buy more slots.. idk if this is a bug or a scam please help me.

    It's not a scam. You started with 2 character slots. You bought 4 more. Obviously that would equal 6. Not sure exactly where you are having an issue without being provided more information.

    Yeah, you start with 2 slots - add the 4 you bought. 2 + 4 = 6.

    Where's the issue exactly?

    1st...proper English & punctuation would definitely help us understand your problem better...lol
    2nd...to respond to the OP...it sounds like the OP is saying when you delete a character, its reducing the MAX creatable characters. Ex: only given what's stated, the OP should be able to create 6 characters, which it sounds like they did, the bottom should show "6 of 6." The OP deletes 1, now should say "5 of 6," but it sounds like the OP is saying its saying "5 of 5," which is forcing him to buy more slots, even though they shouldn't have to. This, if accurate, would be a bug. (Just my interpretation of the problem the OP is having)

    first i start with 2 the when i use zen i get 3 character slots free

    but thanks guys its fix now i just waited the other day and i recive the missing character slot lol
