I don't even know what that note or what you're saying means. There are no new resurgence lockboxes in my inventory. And why would it even show up for a whopping 5 days?

The old new lockboxes of old stuff are dropping now, it seems. Still no idea why they did this, especially for so short a time, or why they thought just linking to a year old dev post with a single line edited in, with no real indication that anything NEW and relevant was actually there, was smart. Oh, wait, this is Cryptic. Of course. That makes sense.

It's just replacing the old lockbox resurgence event. Is that really all that hard to understand?
