Help, I lost the artifact weapon quest for Spinward Rise

Hi guys, I remember an old patch notes saying the quest is reset or something? So how do you get the artifact weapon quest back?

Nope, the druid is not giving me the old quest back, neither is Lord Neverember.

Just to clarify it is not the weapons of air quest, its the one given by the Icewind Dale NPC.

I cant check ingame, but I think you need to do all the quests from all the npc's to get to the weapon, guessing the relevant quest is tempest in a bottle, given by marshall draegos ... followup quest then is the seed of air ... (if not already collected)
the campaign tracker needs to be completed too to enable progress ...

Ok thanks for the info, but the quest just disappeared from my Journal and I did not delete it. What is left in its place is a redundant mission 1 that is an error entry with no quest information. I think it is a bug or something happened on server side. I wanted to take my time to complete it because I am trying to upgrade my artifact weapon and off hand equipment before I take on Spinward Rise Elemental evil quests.

I think it had something to do with one of the patches but I am not too sure, so please help if you can if it is because of patching error?

the whole elemental evil campaign quest structure was changed, so similar to normal zones, it became a sequence rather than a quantity of quests ... this is progressed in the campaign tracker - I didnt know thats where the mission 1 came from, I certainly agree that confusion is possible, those 'in transition' see a complete reorganisation of quests. my recommendation stands - use the campaign tracker as your 'map' to monitor progress, and good luck

Wait so we are talking about the Weapons of Elemental fire Artifact Weapon right? Do not get it confused with the Weapons of Earth, Fire, Air and Water. Is it changed such that you can only get the weapon from completing Spinward Rise normally now and you will eventually get back the Weapons of Elemental fire Artifact weapon or is there some error some where?

Please clarify cause I used to have the quest in my journal to get the Artifact weapon but it just turned into an error entry, I am a bit confused now, sorry.

I refer to the Patch Notes for Patch Notes: NW.62.20160613a.4, I think this is the reason why the quest disappeared? Any devs or official word because they say the quest would return, no news as of now still.

yes the artifact weapon of elemental fire, companion item to your offhand you get from neverember at lvl 70 ... I believe it is the reward for completing tempest in a bottle, as the final mandatory quest, but the actual mechanics to get it elude me, its not detailed in the wiki, however by progressing through the campaign tracker you WILL get it ... having defeated aerisi, you will also be offered the chance to reclaim the seed of air ... (optional)
