Need help with CW build

Hey guys. Just need help with my Control Wizard here. Anyone know how I should build him? 'Cuz I'm planning to remake him (I'm level 66) as soon as I hit the max level. I tried the Chill build, then my friend mentioned that it's possible that I could just focus on crit chance. Any thoughts, suggestions, or even builds that you can give me? I just want to deal a lot of damage without dying a lot, especially when I play alone. I feel like I've done something wrong since I feel like I'm more squishy than an average Control Wizard. So uh.. Help?

I've gone with chill build and crits. I do the most damage when in dungeons. I keep myself alive with CCing everything around me. My AA R1 button in the fire pillar ability at tier 3. and of course L1 or is L2 for frost ray. ( sorry if that's wrong)

i wouldn't worry too much about being squishy. As long as you have some nice lifesteal you should be fine.

Only problem i find wiht the CW is that archers wreck me so bad.

I could post my build if you'd like. I'll have to write it all down and come back to you?

Dragon Bone Talisman - 171 Powe/171 Recovery/142 regeneration/Offense slot 100 power.
Renewing Boots of smiting - 75 HP/308 Power/144 defense/308 regeneration Utility slot 9 EXp gain.
Neck Cloak of the regent's guard - 68 critical strike/68 recovery/68 armor pen/68 deflection/68 HP reg/68 lifesteal/ offense slot 100 critical strike.
Protecting ring of agility - 210 defense/63 movment speed/defense slot 100 defense.
