Not being nasty but reading through your posts OP and how you expect your guildies to operate I feel your guild will fail, The best thing anyone can do for their guilds currently is 1: run influence daily (most guilds have a requirement of influence donated per week) and 2: improve their characters by doing all the quests dailies and getting better geared as this helps the guild in the long run.
Character progression first then guild coffer.
Look at it this way, many many guild Owners/leaders spend $300 or more per week on the guild to progress, are you willing to do that?

Yes, I am willing to do that. And let me add, your reading through my posts, and making assumptions. Plus you know nothing about me at all?
Let's face facts, with very acceptations? None of you know the right way to run a guild successfully. Plus you make a lot of assumptions , without knowing ME or my guild. Sure you have over 100 people, and that I say so what? A lot of you want to have "fun", there is nothing wrong with fun. It just depends on what you consider fun? I do the best that I can, without ordering people around. I literally, will "bend over backwards" for my guild sometimes. And I don't ask much, in return. Except Loyalty and willingness to help other's and couple other things. Nothing really out of the question. And the majority of you attack me, for the way I do thing's. A lot of you are just "members" of a guild, so you have no clue as to what you have to deal with in running a guild at all. So next time, think really hard before you "point fingers" at me. Because in truth, you will have at least "three fingers" pointing back at you. I am speaking in general terms, but a lot of you get majorly "butt hurt" because of what I have to say, and that's the TRUTH! Look, you don't have to like or agree with my "methods" but those are MY methods. And for the most part, they work quite well. There is no such thing as a "perfect" guild? Because they don't exist. So, I only have a few members in my guild right now? And a lot of others , do to. All you have to is read the forums , and see that. I rather have good "solid" people I can trust, then random people. Any day of the week. "Quality over Quantity" is and has always been my motto.
I know at least three of us commenting are rank 6's and we've been rank 6's in various guilds for over a year. we're all coming from xbox and pc. I've also had flat out guild leadership before but didn't really want it. we've all been part of very successful guilds and unsuccessful guilds.
Speaking for myself, everything you are saying has hallmarks of unsuccessful.. and bad people management. the reason I am thinking you're doomed to failure is because of things you have said. words mean things. (funny that) and from that we can draw conclusions.
People management and lack thereof, are indeed a large part of guild success and failure.
I have 150 members. About 130 are highly active. Easier to run a NW guild than my giant ESO IMO
