what is the blue icon right next to the stamina bar for

Hi,

i just started playing neverwinter and realy enjoying it. But I have a bit a hard time to figure out the button mapping and HUD. After some research and reverse engineering from screenshots I think I get most of it now (could not find a usefull manual for ps4 anywhere). But I still dont know what the blue icon next to the stamina bar does.

I have made a small google slide about the power bar if someone of you could check it, that would be realy great.

It's your class movement power. The move that consumes stamina. Used to dodge and such.
