PTS client crashes on Neverwinter screen (after loading the game before loading characters). Live client works correctly.

    Can you please attach a DXDiag output. Nothing major regarding graphics has really happened since the live build as far as I am aware, so it could just be a settings issue.

    if you run dxdiag.exe there should be a button to 'save all information'. If you can paste that info here it would be helpful. Thanks!

    Just close this. I rerolled to Win7. Win10 was too unstable and not just w/ NW.
