PC to Console mail

Is there anyway to mail/transfer items from your PC account to your Console account? And if so does it work for the PS4? Just wondering as this would make it easier to buy things for my PS4 characters since I have been playing the PC version for a while and only switched over to PS4 since my PC started lagging after the last time it crashed.

    Nothing transfers. They are totally different.
