Your welcome, restarting your Ps4 dosen't do anything at all. Plus I restored my licences aka clear my cookies. And the shortcut link didn't work either:( I was frustrated so I did the direct search and viola o:)
If you're download speed is slow (mine was) reset you're internet if that doesn't work do a custom setting and use the Google DNS server. Went from 11hrs download time to 35mins using the Google DNS
