Ah, I actually found the problem from switching around the chars some. Since I don't know how to delete this... for anyone wondering, the problem was due to leaving for a while and then coming back to the game again, causing me to miss some of the updates/changes in the interim.

so I got a mithral ticket from the summer festival and got a legendary mount raffle but nothing happen I didn't get a mount so I don't know what to do. did this ever happen to you?
