Connecting o the account server, Why can't we log into Neverwinter every single update?!

Seriously No One can connect to the account server in our guild no one? This always occurs with every single Update and honestly it's annoying . Can the Arc staff in charge of Neverwinter please fix this issue.
Also it's been over a yr now and no one has even bothered to fix the Arc link, arc rewards system for completing achievements on the Console Versions of Neverwinter . This is extremely upsetting, Please Fix your Servers and Fix the Arc Reward System .
Also a re-roll token should be granted to Paladins and Clerics for nerfing everything into the ground it's Not fair to the player base who run Haste Clerics or Bubble Paladins at all .
Also boost the deflect chance of GWF against High lv PVE A.I. combatants

You really need to read the announcements. The servers are down for maintenance. If everything goes as planned, they will be back online at 1200PST/1500 EST/1900GMT... as in 3 hours from when I am posting.

I agree, learn to read announcements & patch notes. Servers will be down for another at least 2.5hrs, as of the time of my post. DC's will be receiving a feat-respec, & OP's will be receiving a full-respec

They do have to take the servers down to patch for every single update. This would be why nobody can connect. This is not a bug, this is how all MMOs work.

The Arc Rewards are buggy, and I will give you that. They are working on it. Just be patient. Lots of moving parts need to be looked into.

As per the patch notes - DCs will get a free forced (feat only) respec with this update. OPs will get a free forced full respec with this update.

As most of your questions had perviously been answered in official announcements, with the exception of the Arc Rewards issue, this thread is closed to prevent further flaming.
