Keyboard and Mouse?

I think the keyboard and mouse is available on the X Box One console, just wondering if they will implement that in the PS4 console as well. I played FFXIV with the keyboard and mouse kinda just switched it out with the controller from time to time for a change, was nice. Just hope the same for this game. Thanks. Artilleo.

that would be nice not sure if its possible in the game when it its released but be nice i know ff and onigiri allow you to so shouldnt be anything to hard to do

I will be new to NW, but I played a bunch of FFXIV on PS4. I used the controller, because the K+M interface was too sluggish and I found using a crossbar setup was optimal. The problem wasn't so much with the keyboard, but the mouse interface was terrible. Even set at maximum speed the pointer would move way too slow.

I'm not sure how many abilities/powers a max leveled player has access to, but I imagine if the controller mapping flexibility is utilized anywhere similar to FFXIV, then playing with a controller should be fine. At least I hope so. It's been years since I've played any game with K+M.

Final fantasy is much easier in general to play with a key board and mouse. But i feel neverwinter is ment for nust controller. At least i would only want to play it with a controller. I play FF on my psr with key board and mouse.

Keyboard and mouse worked on the ps4 on FF XIV so ps4 is compatible with them guess depends on whether they implement a UI in game for it

With limitations of atwill, encounters, and Daily powers. you are not missing much in terms of button real estate. The game actually lends itself very well to controllers but i can understand the comfort of the keyboard and mouse thing. Hopefully they add this to console for the peeps that prefer the keyboard and mouse feel. Personally I love the feel of a controller for the Action MMO games.

I don't like the way the game handles keyboard. You have to hit square to input text and then it pops up the standard PS4 on-screen-keyboard...even if you have a USB keyboard. I'd rather it didn't pop that up if you have a USB keyboard plugged in.
